Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of Bell County Released Inmates. By accessing the site, visitors accept the limits and responsibilities below. If these terms are not acceptable, do not use the site or its partner tools.

Bell County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with Bell County, a sheriff, jail, court, the Kentucky Department of Corrections, or another government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers consumer reports or FCRA-covered services. We are not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of This Website

This private reference site points readers toward Bell County and Kentucky release, custody, court, and supervision resources. It stores no official jail or court records. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, file a request for a visitor, or change a government record. Some pages connect visitors with independent research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming other people or its operation.

  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, deceive, or violate another person's rights.
  • Do not use information for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited eligibility decision.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated extraction without written permission.
  • Do not introduce malicious code or interfere with service for others.
  • Do not violate federal, Kentucky, or local law.

No Consumer Reports

Bell County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Advertising and search partners do not provide screening services on our behalf. Visitors agree not to use site information to decide hiring or firing, tenant or housing eligibility, creditworthiness, insurance terms, licenses, permits, government-program eligibility, or any other matter regulated by the FCRA.

Links to Other Services

Outbound links may lead to Bell County jail information, KDOC systems, court portals, federal locators, legal resources, or independent search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination's content, availability, accuracy, fees, or data practices. Review that service's terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that information is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure, free of errors, or suitable for a particular purpose. Partner results may be incomplete. Custody and court records change, and nothing here is an official statement from a public office.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent Kentucky law permits, Bell County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, outside links, or partner tools.

Indemnification

Visitors agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bell County Released Inmates, its operators, and content partners from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by their site use, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Bell County Released Inmates or the identified content partner. No visitor may reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit protected material without prior written permission. Government records reached through links remain subject to their own laws and terms.

Term Revisions

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when posted. Continued use after publication means the visitor accepts the current terms.

Access May Be Revoked

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, with or without notice, including when use threatens the site, violates these terms, or harms another person.

Kentucky Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky. Government-record access remains governed by applicable law, including the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
